The Fox Crossing Police Department is asking anyone who saw a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 41 on Friday to contact investigators.
Police said the crash involved six vehicles and one of them rolled over. No one was injured.
It happened at about 4:50 p.m. on I-41, roughly half a mile south of Prospect Avenue. The southbound lanes were completely shut down for nearly an hour.
Crews later reopened the highway to some traffic, but the left two lanes stayed closed for more than an hour on Friday evening, according to Wisconsin Department of Transportation crash information.
Investigators said witness accounts could help determine what caused the crash, and they noted that dashcam footage would be especially helpful.
