All designated trick-or-treating in Racine County this year takes place on Saturday, Oct. 31, 2026, but start and end times vary by community.
The City of Racine, the Village of Elmwood Park, the Village of Mount Pleasant, the Village of North Bay and the Village of Sturtevant all run 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The Town of Waterford runs 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
The City of Burlington and the Town of Burlington both run 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The Village of Caledonia, the Village of Union Grove, the Village of Waterford and the Village of Yorkville run 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Two communities run earlier or shorter hours: the Village of Rochester runs 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., and the Village of Wind Point runs 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The list also includes tips for a more inclusive Halloween, including offering a non-food treat option kept separate from common allergens, keeping a clear path for people with mobility needs, limiting strobe lights, and remembering that not every trick-or-treater can say 'trick or treat,' wear a costume, or show their needs visibly.
