Polls are open across Wisconsin on Tuesday, Nov. 3, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Anyone who is in line by 8 p.m. will be allowed to vote.

Voters in central Wisconsin will decide races for governor, U.S. Congress and the state Legislature, among other offices on the ballot.

Ballots also include three statewide referendums. Seven central Wisconsin communities have school district referendums, and voters in the Wood County Town of Grand Rapids will also decide an operational referendum.

Voters need an acceptable photo ID, which does not have to show a current address. Wisconsin residents who are not yet registered can register at their polling place on Election Day, but they must bring a proof-of-residence document showing a current address.

Reporters will be at polling places across central Wisconsin during the day talking with poll workers and clerks about turnout and any unexpected issues, with live results expected after polls close in the evening.
