Holiday Happiness, the annual sale put on by the Winona Health Volunteers, opened on Monday, November 2, at Winona Health, 855 Mankato Avenue in Winona.
The sale starts in the Glady D. Miller Gift Shop and stretches through the halls on the hospital's first floor. Shoppers will find holiday decorations, clothing, jewelry, accessories and other gifts, along with books and puzzles, plus fresh bakery items from Linda's Bakery.
Volunteer Manager Kris Walters says the event has become a yearly tradition for many shoppers, with friends shopping together and families returning across generations. She says volunteers put a lot of thought into picking out the items offered each year.
Hours for the first three days, November 2 through November 4, are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. From November 5 through December 23, the sale is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Money raised through Holiday Happiness supports healthcare projects that benefit Winona Health patients and residents. Anyone with questions can call the Winona Health Volunteer Office at 507.457.4342.
