A Minnesota man is in custody after a disturbance Sunday night at a convenience store in Siren, in Burnett County.

Police say officers were called to a Circle K on State Road 35 on a report of a man armed with a knife who was making threats to go inside and kill everyone inside the store.

Officers entered the store with guns drawn, according to the reports. After a struggle, Ryan Denis Larsin was taken into custody.

The reports summarized in local coverage did not list specific charges. Any charges that are filed are allegations, and the case will move through the court process.
