Planned Parenthood is closing its clinic in Manitowoc.
The clinic's last day of services will be Nov. 24. Nearby locations in Sheboygan and Green Bay will remain open.
Word of the closing came in an email from Planned Parenthood shared with local radio, which said the Manitowoc location will close permanently. The email did not state a reason for the closure.
The Manitowoc branch did not provide abortions.
The closing makes Manitowoc the fifth Planned Parenthood location in Wisconsin to close, following branches in Delavan, Portage, Wisconsin Rapids and West Bend.
