A Silver Alert has been issued for Danial McCarthy, 69, of Pleasant Prairie, according to Pleasant Prairie police.
Police say McCarthy was last seen leaving his home near Green Bay Road and 79th Street at about 1:12 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 3. He did not have his cell phone with him.
McCarthy is described as 6 feet 2 inches tall and 140 pounds, with hazel eyes and long grayish hair. He was last seen wearing a blue sweater, a black hoodie with white lettering, light blue jeans and brown boots, along with wire-rimmed glasses and a Packers hat.
Police say he has shown signs consistent with dementia, though he has not been diagnosed, and he has gotten lost while driving twice in the past year, when he was found in Jefferson and in Wauwatosa.
He is driving a 2006 green Saturn Vue with Wisconsin license plate 503WZH. Anyone who sees McCarthy or his vehicle is asked to call the Pleasant Prairie Police Department at 262-694-7353.
