Saint Mary's University of Minnesota says its Student Success Center begins the 2026-27 academic year fully staffed, serving students on the Winona campus and in the School of Graduate and Professional Programs.
On the Winona campus, the center offers tutoring, writing help, academic support and coaching, support for first-generation students, early alert services, new student programming, and help with retention and student policy questions.
The main center sits in the basement of Griffin Hall and in the Hendrickson Center, with staff offices in Griffin 70. Students can use four study lounges, including a new First Generation Lounge in HC24.
Writing support, peer mentoring and peer tutoring are offered through Learning Services in the Learning Hub on the main floor of Saint Mary's Hall. Winona campus appointments are booked through Penji.
Graduate and professional students can use writing services in person at the Writing Center in LaSalle Hall, Room 128, or by Zoom, phone or consultation. The center is also piloting online statistics tutoring for graduate students this year.
