The City of Superior announced on Oct. 19 that docks at city boat launches will be removed during the week of Oct. 26 as part of preparations for winter.
The removal work will be carried out by the city's Parks, Recreation and Forestry team. Boaters are advised to plan accordingly if they want to use the launches before the docks come out.
The city thanked residents for taking part in the boating season and noted that boating opportunities will be limited once the docks are removed.
