Two more housing projects could be added to the Titletown district under plans the Green Bay Packers have submitted to the Village of Ashwaubenon.

The proposal calls for a three-story, 88-unit apartment building and four townhouses along Brookwood Drive, according to documents prepared for the Village Board meeting on Tuesday. The units would replace 16 stacked flats that were previously approved for the site.

Previously approved townhomes east of Orrie Lane would remain unchanged under the proposal. After a neighborhood meeting, a privacy fence was added along the south property line.

If the Village Board approves an amendment to the planned unit development ordinance revising the original Phase 2 site plan to allow the apartment building, the applicant would then submit detailed site plan materials covering landscaping, lighting, architecture and stormwater management for review by the Site Plan Review Committee.

The Village Board is scheduled to meet at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
