Modine, the thermal management company headquartered in Racine and traded on the New York Stock Exchange as MOD, will hold a conference call and webcast on Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2026, at 10 a.m. Central Time to go over its second quarter fiscal 2027 results. The quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026.
The results themselves are scheduled to come out after the stock market closes on Tuesday, Nov. 3.
President and Chief Executive Officer Neil D. Brinker and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Michael B. (Mick) Lucareli will walk through the quarter's numbers on the call.
Anyone can follow the live webcast, including the presentation slides, through the investor section of Modine's website by logging on at least 10 minutes before the start. A replay of the slides and audio will be posted on or after Nov. 4, an audio-only replay will run through midnight Nov. 11 by phone at 877-660-6853 (international 201-612-7415, conference ID 13762536), and a transcript is expected on the company website on or after Nov. 9.
