The celebration of the Brewers' pennant extended well beyond the ballpark, as Milwaukee's arts and cultural institutions joined in after the team's 4-0 sweep of the Los Angeles Dodgers in the National League Championship Series.

The Milwaukee Art Museum marked the sweep with a social media post showing three brooms from its recently opened Shakers exhibition, captioned with a repeated sweep chant. The exhibition looks at the design work of the Shakers, who invented the flat broom, and the museum invited visitors to stop in while cheering the team on to the World Series.

Milwaukee Public Library posted a video of two staff members dancing to a Brewers anthem while waving books about the team and about baseball. The Los Angeles Public Library commented on the post before the clincher, and Milwaukee's library answered after the win with a broom emoji.

The Pabst Mansion, the historic home built for beer baron Captain Frederick Pabst, posted a photo of a marble bust of Pabst wearing a blue Brewers hat, with a message of support from one brewer to the Brew Crew.

Milwaukee Ballet shared a video of dancers and staff waving a Brewers flag while the song Centerfield played, closing with a good-luck message for the World Series.
