Carthage College in Kenosha is holding an admissions evening set aside only for students from Kenosha County and Racine County.
The event, called Kenosha and Racine Night, is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 21, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Campbell Student Union, 2001 Alford Park Drive in Kenosha. Check-in runs from 4:30 to 5 p.m.
Staff will explain how the college's four-year graduation guarantee works, and will cover clubs and organizations students can join and options for studying abroad. The college says students come to Carthage from 32 states and seven countries.
Other topics on the program include what daily life is like for students who live on campus compared with those who commute, and what students do on weekends. The college also notes that 94 percent of its alumni are employed or in graduate school within six months of graduating.
Students sign up through the college's registration form for the event. Carthage says other visit options are available in person and online, and students who need to change a visit date can call 800-351-4058 or email [email protected].
