Jose Daniel Alvarez-Nunez, 27, of Kenosha, appeared in Kenosha County court on Friday, October 23, before Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum on four felony charges.
The charges stem from an alleged street race involving a Hellcat that left multiple people seriously injured. Kenosha County Eye reported the injuries included a skull fracture and shattered femurs.
When the arrest warrant was issued in the case, Judge Jason A. Rossell set cash bail at $50,000.
At Friday's appearance, Kellum cut that amount in half, setting cash bail at $25,000.
