A 41-year-old Illinois man is facing a felony charge after Twin Lakes police say he fled from an officer on an electric dirt bike and crashed into a marked squad car.
Police say Cristopher Paul Johansen, of Glen Ellyn, Illinois, refused repeated commands during the confrontation that followed the crash, and the officer drew his firearm. No serious injuries were reported.
Johansen appeared in Kenosha County Circuit Court on Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2026, where Court Commissioner Daniel E. Kellum set cash bail at $1,500.
He is charged with felony fleeing or eluding an officer and misdemeanor hit-and-run.
