The Milwaukee Bucks previewed a new lineup of food and drink for home games at Fiserv Forum on Monday, Oct. 19, ahead of the 2026-27 season.

Two new concession areas are part of the rollout. The Spot, at Section 104, will serve cheesecake, and The Loaded Lineup, at Section 111, will let fans add toppings to Johnsonville brats and hot dogs. The arena is also adding three Palermo's Pizza stands, at Sections 108, 119 and 224, serving Roman-style-crust pizza.

New menu items include a Cream City smash burger with bacon, American cheese, pickles, tomato and lettuce at The Mecca Burger Bar, half-court smash tacos at the Johnsonville stand in Section 118, and a spicy chicken sandwich at The Cluckery. Other additions include brisket elote at The Smoke Stack, a barbecue pork baked potato at The Spuds, churro bites, and turtle and strawberry cheesecake parfaits at The Spot.

Fizz, the non-alcoholic dirty soda stand introduced last season, will return with drinks including the Shark Attack, Cream City Creamsicle and Strawberry Breeze. The team said rotating game-day specials and seasonal items will also appear during the season, and the Mezzanine Club will add a French onion burger and campfire funnel fries.

The team also named Pritzlaff Meats of New Berlin as its new premium meat partner, with its meats offered to premium guests through the suites menu and at the BMO Club carving station. Milwaukee opens the regular season Oct. 21 in Washington, with the home opener Oct. 23 against Chicago.
