The associate principal of Bonduel Middle/High School was arrested on Monday in connection with alleged inappropriate contact with a student.
In a letter to families and staff, Superintendent Joe Dawidziak said the district received a report through the Speak Up, Speak Out tip line alleging inappropriate contact between associate principal Kaitlyn Hintz and a student.
Dawidziak said law enforcement was contacted and Hintz was placed on administrative leave. She is scheduled to make her first court appearance later this week.
According to investigators, the alleged contact did not take place through district digital platforms, and none of the alleged interactions happened on district property.
The superintendent encouraged students, families and staff to report concerning behavior to a school administrator or through the Speak Up, Speak Out system. The allegations have not been proven in court.
